About Me.
Hi, I'm Rebecca, the face behind Beacon.
I am based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent, but Beacon Virtual Services allows me to work with you wherever you are!​

With a solid background in management, marketing, and events, I bring a wealth of experience to the Virtual Assistant space. Having served as a Staffing Director for leading London agencies, I’ve developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills, handling everything from managing schedules and budgets to coordinating suppliers, clients, internal teams and field staff.

As a Staffing Director, I designed and executed innovative marketing events, created detailed proposals for various platforms, and worked closely with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a VA, I am committed to offering personalized support, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to every task. I thrive in environments where collaboration and communication are key, and I enjoy building strong, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and customers alike, ensuring that every project is executed with creativity and precision.

I then had a career break to have my two daughters, though never stopped working as that was a whole new learning curve! I firmly believe parenthood only enhances your CV and that break should not be seen as a blank space - I've learnt how to juggle and multi-task like never before.

In 2020 I set up my own small business making modern celebration cakes and boutique chocolates - this absolutely thrived and was an amazing journey. I've never felt fear like delivering a 4 tier wedding cake an hour through the pothole riddled country lanes of Kent! This venture showed me first hand that running a small business requires wearing many hats, and that a little support can go a long way.​
My background in the large agency environment, coupled with my hands-on experience managing a successful small business and my open minded & positive approach and first class organisation skills means I am well-prepared to provide the support you need.
