Hi, I'm Rebecca, the founder of Beacon Virtual Services

Based in Kent, I work remotely with clients across the UK, providing reliable business support that helps busy business owners stay organised and focused on what they do best.

My career began in the fast-paced world of staffing, events and marketing, where I progressed to Staffing Director for leading London agencies. Managing large-scale projects, client relationships, schedules, budgets and operational teams taught me the importance of organisation, communication and delivering exceptional service under pressure.

Alongside this corporate experience, I've also experienced the realities of running a small business firsthand.

In 2020, I launched my own successful celebration cake and boutique chocolate business. Like many business owners, I quickly discovered that delivering great work is only part of the job. Behind every successful business is a long list of administration, customer enquiries, scheduling, marketing, invoicing and day-to-day management tasks that need attention.

I know what it's like to wear every hat in a business and to feel stretched between serving customers and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

That's why I created Beacon.

Today, I support tradespeople, service-based businesses and other small business owners with the administrative and operational tasks that often take valuable time away from growing their business. Whether it's managing enquiries, organising schedules, coordinating projects, handling customer communications or providing general business support, my goal is simple: to make your working life easier.

As a mum of two daughters, I've also developed an impressive ability to prioritise, problem-solve and adapt—skills that prove invaluable when supporting busy businesses.

My combination of corporate leadership experience, hands-on business ownership and genuine passion for helping others means I understand both the challenges and opportunities that come with running a successful business.
