I then had a career break to have my two daughters, though never stopped working as that was a whole new learning curve! I firmly believe parenthood only enhances your CV and that break should not be seen as a blank space - I've learnt how to juggle and multi-task like never before.

​

In 2020 I set up my own small business making modern celebration cakes and boutique chocolates - this absolutely thrived and was an amazing journey. I've never felt fear like delivering a 4 tier wedding cake an hour through the pothole riddled country lanes of Kent!

My background in the large agency environment, coupled with my hands-on experience managing a successful small business and my open minded & positive approach means I am well-prepared to provide the support you need.

Hi, I'm Rebecca, the face behind Beacon. I am based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent, but Beacon Virtual Services allows me to work with you where ever you are!

My background is in management, marketing & events. With many years working within the Experiential Marketing world, specifically as Staffing Director within London agencies, I have a plethora of experience from managing schedules, budgets, suppliers, clients & staff, designing marketing events & proposals across multiple platforms, through to activation and reporting. I maintain high standards and possess a keen eye for detail, coupled with a creative flair.
